Short Answer to your question - No.

I know it's difficult to get answers to anything at all difficult on Chrysler forums, and a lot of it is just opinion. Half the stuff is because people just don't want to look up their Owner's Manual, or the DVD copy that accompanies it.

I just ordered the 2015 Grand Caravan / Town and Country Factory Shop Manual, but it's on Electronic Media. I have too many real questions that I just can't get answers to on the forum. I'll just keep my laptop handy when I'm working on the van.

Electronic Media is the way things are going. The service technicians are trained to use the Chrysler Diagnostic Scanner so the last thing they need is a very heavy, large and cumbersome printed manual to lug around.

It's sort of like comparing your Smart Phone to an old Coiled Cord wall phone.

There is a Haynes Manual, but it is pretty basic and only covers up to mid-year 2012, so it lacks some important info on H.D. Brakes etc. which your van is equipped with, also devotes a lot of space to pre-2011 engines 3.3/3.8L

and 4 L.  and badly needs updating. Still it's better than nothing:

Haynes No. 30014-1S1 2008 - 2012 dodge Grand Caravan & Chrysler Town & Country.

Note this covers up to Mid Year 2012 only. Available at Auto Supply Stores or Amazon.com

The following will help you if you want the Factory Manual:  factoryrepairmanuals.com

Edit: Added Haynes Manual

Ajackson:

This forum is pretty well dead, I get no responses to anything I need help with, so although my discovery of your post is a bit late, I can offer you the following:

I just ordered Chrysler Grand Caravan (2015) Factory Service Manual (FSM) on DVD, if there is anything you need please e-mail me, my address is on my profile. I would be pleased to send you a PDF of anything you need, in which case please add your e-mail address to your profile.

Also see my detailed reply to your post on the forum.

Best Regards, MichaelGen5

www.alldatadiy.com offers individual vehicle subscriptions to repair manuals based on factory manuals, service bulletins and recalls

I used the professional version before I retired and was happy with it

TJL

Thanks for useful alternative. We now have another route to explore.

I like the inclusion of TSBs & Recalls. I will also consider your advice since I keep my vehicles forever.

I think they are a bit rough on FSMs though, unless they are referring to third party manuals like Chilton or Haynes, when they refer to typical printed manual. I have always purchased FSMs for all my Chrysler vehicles and found them very inclusive.

Subscription would be worth it though for TSBs & Recalls alone, Thanks.

Regards, MichaelGen5.
