Hi all..

I put my 2005 grand caravan up on jack stands and put it in drive and let it drive the wheels at an idle.

BOTH wheels lock up and then turn and lock up all the while hearing grinding noise.

The noise is coming from the DRIVERS side at the area where the axle is connecting into trans..

I DO NOT hear any noise by the wheel.

I did all this cuz i was hearing popping type noises while driving.

But up on stands with tires OFF , BOTH wheels are locking and starting etc..

Trans is "Bucking" from the locking up and its definite on drivers side AT TRANS.

Is it bad CV axle ? OR trans issue maybe ?
